The Deep State DOJ will soon suffer a major blow: FBI Director Christopher Wray plans to resign before President Donald Trump reenters the White House. Does this signal a shift away from the FBI’s unconstitutional attacks on Christians and conservatives (placing spies in churches, targeting concerned school parents, attacking FBI whistleblowers, targeting pro-life advocates, etc.)?

Wray wanted to step down before President Trump had the chance to fire him. Any individual appointed by a U.S. President can be fired by a current sitting President. You can bet Trump remembers the raid on Mar-a-Lago to retrieve classified documents. And as we told you, the FBI employed several highly questionable tactics while on Trump’s estate.

Every time I saw Christopher Wray in a congressional hearing, I was reminded of the lack of trust in one of our nation’s most powerful institutions. He blatantly got caught lying about the FBI’s targeting of Christians and its weaponization against political opponents.

So goodbye to Christopher Wray, and hello to Kash Patel, who (if confirmed by the Senate) could be coming in to clean up the FBI. The mainstream media is trying to demonize Patel as a “dangerous” radical; however, former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell worked directly with Patel and gave us a rundown of his impressive qualifications. Patel should be a very welcome change from the rampant corruption that marked Wray’s tenure.

As most of you know, the ACLJ has been representing FBI whistleblowers who have shined a light on the Deep State FBI. One of our clients, FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle, testified before Congress: “The FBI will crush you. This government will crush you and your family if you try to expose the truth about things that they are doing that are wrong.”

And O’Boyle has experienced the FBI’s wrath for more than a year. The FBI took away his security clearances, so O’Boyle couldn’t do his job and suspended him without pay for no longer having a security clearance. And he’s not allowed to take outside employment. It’s cruel revenge to make an example of O’Boyle so other agents won’t dare speak up.

We secured a victory for FBI Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen, but we are still defending Agent O’Boyle. We will not stop until he receives the justice he deserves.

ACLJ Senior Counsel for International and Government Affairs Jeff Ballabon also joined our broadcast to discuss the possibility of Hamas releasing the Israeli hostages amid a ceasefire.

Everyone’s desperate for the hostages to be home, and . . . everyone recognizes that the only reason this is happening is the imminent change in the American Administration, and Hamas has nowhere to run after this. . . . [At the same time,] most people don’t . . . understand why part of this deal is likely to be the release of some huge number of terrorists, which is exactly what triggered October 7 – the terrorists who were released in exchange for Israelis taken hostage ended up plotting and leading the October 7 massacres and atrocities and war. And so there’s a tremendous amount of skepticism and concern. At the same time, there are people who are desperate for some good news about returning some of these hostages, if not all of them.

For the past year, the ACLJ has been working aggressively to free the hostages. Four of our clients have been freed, and four – including two women – remain unaccounted for.

As we focus our resources across the globe to defend Israel and secure the release of the remaining hostages, we urgently need your support. Have your gift doubled through our Faith & Freedom Year-End Drive.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of FBI Director Christopher Wray’s much-needed resignation. Tristan Leavitt, President of Empower Oversight, joined the broadcast to discuss how the Inspector General recently confirmed allegations of DOJ corruption.
