President Biden is weaponizing the FBI and Department of Justice more than ever to target conservatives.

On Friday, Mark Houck, who is the co-founder and president of a pro-life Catholic ministry called “The King’s Men” was arrested. 20 FBI agents raided Mr. Houck’s home with guns drawn and handcuffed him in front of his wife and children.

The arrest stems from an incident that happened nearly one year ago when Mr. Houck and his young son were speaking with abortion-seekers outside of a Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia. Houck contends that a volunteer with the clinic started physically and verbally harassing his son, and like any father, Mr. Houck jumped in to protect him. At the time, the local police refused to arrest Mr. Houck, and the district attorney found no cause to bring changes. The Planned Parenthood volunteer actually attempted to bring civil charges against Mr. Houck right after the incident, but they were thrown out of court.

Now, Attorney General Merrick Garland has stepped in. Pro-life activists are being persecuted as punishment for the overturning of Roe v. Wade. ACLJ Senior Counsel Andy Ekonomou puts it best:

This is because they’re [Biden Administration] pushing a leftist, pro-abortion agenda, and they’re going to use every effort they possibly can to implement it.

Vice President Kamala Harris seems to condone this behavior. This is what she said recently:

As it relates to the work of attorneys general, Dobbs also intentionally shifted the fight for reproductive rights to the states. So as the chief legal officer of your state, you, because I've been watching, you are bravely defending reproductive freedom. You are taking on, rightly, the crisis pregnancy centers.

As we reported last week, this all comes on the heels of a horrific comment failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams made when she accused the entire medical and scientific communities of colluding to create a grand conspiracy. While speaking as part of a panel, Abrams said:

There is no such thing as a heartbeat at six weeks. It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman’s body.

It’s no secret our corrupt President uses these agencies to his advantage. This is something the ACLJ has been warning you about for months. We’ve even submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request regarding the FBI spying on normal Americans for NO reason. It’s clear the Biden Administration’s priorities are not in order, and they never have been.

While they attempt to throw an innocent man in prison, the crisis at our southern border continues to spiral out of control, with fentanyl coming across in record numbers.

According to the Department of Justice website, if convicted, Mark Houck faces up to 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000.

My dad, ACLJ Cheif Counsel Jay Sekulow, reminded us all of this great Scripture from the book of Acts chapter 4:

Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness.

Today’s full Sekulow broadcast also includes a discussion about the state of our economy with ACLJ Senior Counsel and Director of Policy, Professor Harry Hutchison.
