There is a lot going on right now.

Donald Trump responded to President Joe Biden’s labeling Trump supporters “garbage” by showing up in a MAGA garbage truck at a Wisconsin rally. Also, hot on the heels of our amicus brief in support of Virginia at the U.S. Supreme Court (with which the majority of the Justices agreed), we have just filed another major brief at the Supreme Court to defend election integrity.

After Biden’s disgusting comments about half of America, the White House pathetically attempted to say he was talking about only one Trump supporter. It’s also amazing to watch the mainstream media try to explain away President Biden’s comments as no big deal. You need no further proof that the media elites are entirely out of touch with the American people.

At the end of the day, the U.S. President must be the leader for all Americans. Demonizing your political opponents only divides the country even further.

Yesterday, was a massive victory for election integrity at the U.S. Supreme Court. The ACLJ had filed an amicus brief in support of Virginia after the Biden-Harris DOJ sued the state for removing noncitizens from the voting rolls. The Supreme Court’s subsequent order allowed Virginia to remove noncitizens from its voting rolls before Election Day.

The ACLJ helped secure a victory for election integrity in Virginia. And this morning, we just filed another amicus brief at the U.S. Supreme Court. This time we filed to stop people from illegally voting twice in the state of Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania law includes a provision that if someone submits a mail-in ballot and then attempts to also vote in person, the person’s second in-person provisional ballot should not be counted. This is a simple law that reflects fundamental concerns about election integrity. The law is one person, one vote, and Pennsylvania has ensured that basic principle with measures like this law.

But the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ignored the law. It required an election board that had followed the law to count provisional ballots submitted by voters who had also submitted mail-in ballots, but their mail-in ballots had been disqualified for some reason.

Why on earth would the Pennsylvania Supreme Court allow this provision to be enforced? It is clearly acting outside of settled law.

We can’t allow voters in one of the biggest swing states to vote twice or create ambiguity that invites voter fraud for the 2024 presidential election. Ridiculous election interference like this enables states like Pennsylvania to not have election results tabulated in a timely manner.

We have five days remaining until Election Day. We hope the U.S. Supreme Court rules quickly as it did with Virginia. We must have a free and fair election. Our constitutional republic is at stake.

We can’t stop the far Left from interfering in our elections without you. Donations made during this time are doubled to fund our fight to preserve election integrity – give today.

You can join us at the U.S. Supreme Court. Visit our election integrity action page to sign our petition and get involved. We also set up an Election Hotline where you can contact the ACLJs if you encounter any issues while voting – don’t hesitate to contact us if an issue arises. Finally, download our limited-time ACLJ Election Prayer Guide and pray for our nation during this time.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of Trump’s arrival in Wisconsin in a garbage truck and the ACLJ’s newest amicus brief at the U.S. Supreme Court. ACLJ Senior Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy Ric Grenell commented on the election polls in border states, and my brother, Logan Sekulow, promoted the ACLJ’s new film, For the Love of God: Save Our Country. Watch the premiere tonight at 8 ET/7 CT on YouTube, Rumble, X, Facebook, and ACLJ.org.
