Despite Years of Biden-Harris Gaslighting the American People That There Was No Border Crisis, Bombshell FOIA Documents Reveal a “Migration Crisis Action Team” Within DHS Gave “Daily Reports”

For years, the Biden-Harris Administration has defiantly claimed there is no crisis at our southern border with Mexico (even backtracking when Joe accidentally called it one). In fact, Vice President Kamala Harris (the supposed “Border Czar”), who once stated emphatically that “the border is secure,” would later claim we don’t have an immigration crisis, but a “climate crisis.”

Yet through our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, we just received a 420-page document production full of “U.S. Customs and Border Protection Migration Crisis Action Team” daily reports. Yes, there was an entire “Migration Crisis Action Team” within DHS providing daily reports on just how bad the situation was. This bombshell FOIA production flies in the face of Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas’ constant claims – including to Congress – that there is no “crisis” at the southern border.

So why is a government agency, under the Biden-Harris Administration, creating a daily “MIGRATION CRISIS” report – it’s literally in the title – but the current President and the VP who wants to be the next President have told the entire country there is no crisis?

Obviously, they’re not being honest with the American people. To admit there is a crisis would essentially, in the eyes of the radical Left, be admitting President Donald Trump was right all along. And that’s the last thing anyone on the Left is willing, or allowed, to do if they want to remain in their party’s good graces.

And yet we have hundreds of pages showing thousands of border encounters and apprehensions of undocumented migrants attempting to enter the United States illegally DAILY. Forget about monthly.

The current FOIA production contains dozens of these daily reports (or the “CBP MCAT Daily Report” as they are also called) from 2021 and 2022. It’s hard to decipher many of the exact numbers and stats the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers are dealing with because the documents are heavily redacted. The actual list of recipients of each report is a full two pages long, but most of the names are completely redacted. But it’s clear it was widely circulated throughout the CBP, including to former CBP Chief Counsel Scott B. Falk and Deputy Chief Counsel AnnMarie Highsmith.

In other words, Biden’s entire border team seemingly knew it was a crisis. Are we to believe the President didn’t know or that his Vice President, the so-called “Border Czar,” didn’t know?

However, what we are seeing as clear as day in footage on the nightly news is armed foreign gang members taking over apartment buildings. We’re seeing undocumented migrants attacking police officers, never mind what they’re doing to innocent American citizens. And let’s not forget how we watched babies being thrown over the border wall into our country. There should be no debate that with Biden in the Oval Office and Kamala as “Border Czar,” there is a serious crisis. And the Biden-Harris Administration has known it all along.

In fact, we know that almost 200 individuals on the FBI’s Terror Watchlist were detained by CBP, with an untold number of individuals referred to as “gotaways.” That’s right: Almost 200 individuals with at least some connection to terrorism so credible that they were placed on a watchlist were caught sneaking into our country. And the Administration can’t even calculate how many actually made it through. And that statistic was from 18 months ago, so it’s likely much worse now.

We filed our FOIA request three years ago demanding all records, communications, or briefings communicated to or by U.S. Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, his aides, staff, agents or representatives, or any CBP, ICE, or USCIS official, pertaining to the Administration’s insistence that the present migrant surge at the southern border is a “challenge” and not a “crisis.”

We also demanded answers, in a similar FOIA, about a deleted press release on the capture of the two known terrorists who dangerously infiltrated America through our porous southern border. (You can read more about that Cover-Up here.)

Now ask yourself the obvious question: While Biden and Harris were doing little to nothing about the border, how many more terrorists have made it through? I don’t know about you, but that certainly makes it harder for me to sleep at night.

Of course, the Biden-Harris Administration characteristically ignored our FOIA, which left us no choice but to file a lawsuit against the Administration for its refusal to comply.

Now we are starting to get productions, and we expect there to be a lot more. These daily “Migration Crisis” reports make one thing clear: The Biden-Harris Administration stood before the American people and tried to gaslight each and every one of us about the border. They knew the truth. Yet they continued their disingenuous narrative that Trump was wrong, conservatives were making up wild conspiracies, and the border was secure.

We now have black-and-white proof that there not only was – AND CURRENTLY IS – a crisis at the border, but they’ve been documenting it daily, even using that very word – crisis.
