Secretary of State Rubio Exposes Biden’s Secret Files on Trump Cabinet Member

Secretary of State Marco Rubio discovered that the Biden Deep State had a “disinformation dossier” on a key member of the Trump Administration and an as of yet unknown number of other Americans. The shocking revelation prompted Vice President JD Vance to ask: “Was it me or Elon?” Other possible targets include DNI Tulsi Gabbard (“Quiet Skies” terror watchlist) and HHS Secretary RFK Jr.
The “disinformation dossier” hailed from the Global Engagement Center, an office within the State Department keeping tabs on American citizens labeled “vectors of disinformation.” That office has been shuttered since the beginning of April after Secretary Rubio said, “We’re not going to have an office that does that.”
“Vectors of disinformation” is a terrifying classification. It’s one step away from declaring American citizens “enemies of the state” for exercising their free speech. The targeting is also no different from the social media censorship that the ACLJ has fought for years. And, of course, we defended Tulsi after the Biden TSA put her on a terror watch list.
So the ACLJ is taking action again after the latest bombshell. Our legal team is preparing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to get answers about this unlawful encroachment on civil liberties. We will be sending the FOIA to the State Department and possibly the CIA this week.
Surveillance of everyday Americans is way outside the bounds of the Constitution and must be stopped. The Biden Administration was using surveillance to masquerade as national security. Maybe if the State Department had been focused on what was going on in the Middle East instead of on innocent Americans, we could have avoided much of the current chaos.
When discussing this unlawful targeting by the previous State Department, Secretary Rubio announced that “the best way to combat disinformation is freedom of speech and transparency.” And we couldn’t agree more. We must have transparency and restore faith in the First Amendment.
We’ve also been keeping an eye on the Trump State Department’s ongoing talks with Iran. So far, the Trump Administration is demanding the “total dismantlement” of Iran’s nuclear program. Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spoke on the need for Iran to chart a new way forward:
I’ve been working on this problem for an awfully long time. The other solution is for the Iranian people to demand that their leaders do what’s in their best interest: That is, put Iran first, and if they put Iran first, Iran would walk away from a nuclear weapons program. It does them no good. . . . The maximum pressure campaign that President Trump and the team put on in the first Administration was aimed at giving the Iranian people that very opportunity. I hope they’ll get that chance, and I hope they’ll take it. They have the power to change the nature of their regime. And I hope they’ll pick a set of leaders who don’t believe that nuclear weapons are in their best interests.
And that’s not the only major foreign policy news. Israel announced plans to occupy Gaza if no hostage deal is reached after Trump’s upcoming visit to the Middle East. My dad, ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, explained the legal ramifications of Israel’s possible military actions.
The reality is that under the international law of armed conflict, when you have a war, especially one that was started by another party (Hamas), and then there’s conquest militarily under international law, that is your property. Now, you can negotiate that away, but it is yours. Same thing happened to Israel in 1967. . . . This is Israeli territory. It was under an interim agreement with the Palestinian Authority. They were supposed to govern it, which they did not. And then, of course, the war took place. So under international law, Israel is totally within its right to maintain control of that territory.
President Trump is scheduled to visit the Middle East early next week. Today he spoke of a “very, very big announcement” before his visit with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. Maybe a hostage deal has been reached. We will keep you posted.
Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of Secretary Rubio revealing that the Biden State Department had a “disinformation dossier” on a White House official.
