Breaking: RFK Jr. Drops Out

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. withdrew from the Arizona ballot yesterday and made an announcement today dropping out of the race and endorsing President Trump. RFK Jr.’s decision to drop out and endorse Trump could certainly have an impact in the polls and could shift the news cycle back to focusing on the Trump campaign.

Meanwhile, the DNC wrapped up last night with Vice President Kamala Harris delivering her acceptance speech. Her short speech failed to address the issues most important to Americans. Senator Bill Haggerty (TN) joined us with his take on Vice President Kamala Harris’ economic policies and proposed price controls:

Reminds me of the kid in the sixth grade who says free ice cream for everybody if you vote for me and no way to deliver on that. And I just can’t believe the American public is going to buy it when you sort of dig into these policies. What it means is massive government control shortages.

You think about what Harris and Biden did Day One when they came in; they waged war on American energy here. It took energy costs up 40 percent-plus immediately when they came in because they want to wage war on the fossil fuel industry here in America, a place where we have a crude competitive advantage. . . . Then you think about the regulations that they’ve dumped on, regulation after regulation. They set aside all cost benefit analysis on regulations. So now companies, banks, you name it, are just inundated with regulation. The cost of regulations now is up to $16,000 on average per person in America.

Americans are already suffering under Bidenomics. And Harris’ proposed price controls will only inflict more harm. Americans have not experienced these types of price controls, but we’ve seen this destroy the economy in other countries like Venezuela. We need to get the word out about the reality of Harris’ policies and how they will impact Americans’ ability to meet basic needs like food, gas, and housing.

Harris also addressed Israel in her acceptance speech last night. While she claimed support of Israel and vowed to stand up to Iran, in fact, we’ve seen just the opposite from the Biden-Harris Administration. As we told you before, “Biden agreed to send $125 million to the Palestinian Authority, an organization that uses our money to incentivize terrorists to murder Israelis and Americans. Now he wants to give Iran $6 billion?” She even went so far as to say that Iran was “rooting for Trump.” But as we recently reported, U.S. intelligence confirmed a report that Iran is actively interfering with President Trump’s 2024 presidential election campaign. Harris misrepresented the truth on multiple fronts.

Kamala Harris is building her campaign around rewriting history and expanding abortion. But the ACLJ is actively fighting back against the abortion industry.
