President Biden held a news conference yesterday following Tuesday's midterm elections, where he bragged about what he called the surprising performance of Democrat candidates.

Even more curious, when asked what his Administration is going to change over the next two years given the loss of numerous Democrat seats in order to work better with the other side and gain the trust of the American people, President Biden replied that he plans to change “nothing” at all.

Check out Biden's response when questioned by a journalist:

Journalist: What in the next two years do you intend to do differently to change peoples’ opinion of the direction of the country, particularly as you contemplate a run for president in 2024?

Biden: Nothing, because they're just finding out what we're doing. The more they know about what we’re doing, the more support there is.

What is he doing that people don’t know about? If he believes the American people would be so supportive, why don’t we know about it? Because I can tell you what we have seen so far:  the worst human rights crisis we’ve ever seen at our southern border with Mexico, more illegal migrants entering our country than ever in our history, including multiple known terrorists that our border patrol agents caught (ever wonder how many we haven’t?).

We’ve watched the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the return to power of the Taliban. We’ve seen him violate the Taylor Force Act which prevents sending money to groups like the Palestinian Authority (PA) that will use it to reward terrorists. And we’ve watched President Biden rush to protect the so-called right to abortion and try to codify Roe into law, which thankfully failed. And all the while, the Biden Administration has been trying to negotiate another disastrous nuclear deal with the number one state sponsor of terror in the world, Iran. And that’s just a random sampling. My point is, I would really like to know what he’s referring to that if we knew, we’d support.

For what it’s worth, President Biden also took a moment to congratulate himself on the seats the Left was able to hang on to:

While any seat lost is painful – some good Democrats didn't win last night – Democrats had a strong night. We lost fewer seats in the House of Representatives than any Democratic president's first midterm elections in the last 40 years. And we had the best midterm for governors since 1986.

Regardless of whether that’s true or not, it doesn’t appear like it’s going to be enough for the Democrats to retain control of the House. But it could be weeks still until we know for sure who all won and who lost, so it’s too soon to celebrate, or feel defeated. We continue to follow every result closely.

Today’s full Sekulow broadcast includes further in-depth analysis of the midterm elections, as well as President Biden’s absurd speech, claiming he won’t change anything about how he’s doing the job. It’s definitely one strategy.
