President Trump Declassifies More Intel To Expose Obama
Listen tothis article
Supporting President Trump’s claims that President Obama is “guilty” of “treason,” DNI Tulsi Gabbard just dropped declassified documents that further reveal the Obama Administration’s efforts to undermine the 2016 presidential election. Will Trump’s DOJ prosecute?
After Tulsi – a great friend of the Sekulow broadcast – released the initial 100 documents accusing the Obama Administration of “treason,” an Obama spokesman defended the former President:
Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response. But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one. . . . These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction. Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes.
Let’s be honest: Obama is playing a classic shell game with the facts. Sekulow Executive Producer Will Haynes explained why the former President would have been better off not releasing the statement:
[President Obama] says, “Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election.” However, that’s not what Tulsi is alleging here. Tulsi is showing through these documents that that was the intel community’s assessment. And that all the way through the election, Russia was attempting to influence through their bot armies – as well as they didn’t have the capability to manipulate votes. That was the intel community’s assessment the entire time.
And then after President Trump got elected, President Obama called a meeting in the White House, and they changed the story. Then, all of a sudden, [the narrative] wasn’t Russia trying to sow discord in America and weaken the United States – but Russia trying to get President Trump elected. (And they used the Steele dossier.) So [Obama’s] trying to reframe this entire thing back to the original intent, which is what Tulsi is showcasing.
So what did Tulsi do? She responded with EVEN MORE declassified documents today to expose Obama’s complicity.
Here are three key takeaways from Tulsi’s latest declassified report, which included findings from an Intelligence Community Assessment in 2020:
1) President Putin ordered conventional and cyber influence operations, notably by leaking politically sensitive emails obtained from computer intrusions; 2) Putin’s principal motivations in these operations were to undermine faith in the US democratic process and to weaken what the Russians considered to be an inevitable Clinton presidency; and 3) Putin held back leaking some compromising material for post-election use against the expected Clinton administration.
Regarding point one, we know that Russia conducted a cyber influence campaign. It wasn’t changing votes. It was trying to sow discord.
As far as point two, Russia believed Clinton would win. Russia wanted to be stronger than America, so it was trying to weaken America during the election process.
Finally, Russia had potentially damning information on the Clinton campaign, which they held back. If Clinton won, then it could have gained leverage over the U.S. through blackmail.
So this intel points to Russia wanting the Clinton campaign to win, not the Trump campaign. Thus, the Obama Administration changed the false narrative to be that Russia helped Trump win the White House.
In ACLJ-related news, we have an update in our ongoing fight to defund Planned Parenthood. As we’ve told you, Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” stripped $500 million in Medicaid reimbursements from the abortion giant.
A judge then issued, withdrew, and reissued a temporary restraining order (TRO) in a legal shell game to continue giving Planned Parenthood $2 million a day in taxpayer funding. Then hearings were conducted in Massachusetts about whether this preliminary injunction would remain in place.
The judge issued a convoluted partial injunction yesterday that defunded approximately 75% of Planned Parenthood’s abortion clinics but still kept money flowing to the remaining 25%.
We had filed an amicus brief in the case to keep Planned Parenthood fully defunded. The government just filed a notice of appeal in the injunction case. We will soon be filing a brief supporting the government’s appeal.
We need your help to take down Planned Parenthood. Sign our petition to defund the abortion giant. Let your voice be heard for the unborn. And then consider donating during our 35 Years of Justice Drive – all gifts are doubled right now.
