DESPERATE: Calls for Biden To Drop Out of 2024 Election by the Left

The calls are getting louder for President Biden not to run for reelection. Prominent election prognosticator Nate Silver, founder of FiveThirtyEight, just called for President Biden to drop out of the 2024 presidential election. Ezra Klein, host of The Ezra Klein Show and columnist for The New York Times, opined that President Biden will be “a hero” if he steps down. Will the Democrat Party find a new candidate before the 2024 presidential election?

Nate Silver wrote on his Substack:

If you’d asked me a year ago, I would have told you that Joe Biden was a reasonably clear favorite in the event of a rematch against Donald Trump. . . .

Since then, Biden’s situation has become considerably worse. If he were 10 years younger, he might still be a 65/35 favorite. But if his campaign is substantially encumbered by his age, he’s probably the underdog. If you’re someone who would rather not see Trump re-elected again or who cares about the election for other reasons, it’s time to face the facts. You need to adjust to the new reality and not be mired in anchoring bias by your previous impression of the race.

Nate Silver also argued on X (formerly Twitter) that “Biden needs to reassure the American public that he’s capable of handling public appearances that aren’t on easy mode.” But how is President Biden handling easy mode right now? Remember, he even refused to participate in the traditional presidential interview prior to the Super Bowl broadcast, where he would have received softball questions.

Also, when Special Counsel Robert Hur’s shocking report came out, President Biden tried to act tough in a press conference to debunk the report’s claims about his age and “poor memory.” But the press conference was a disaster.

The far Left is clearly growing desperate in its attempts to keep the White House. But will the President heed the calls to drop out? And isn’t it getting a little late in the game for a new candidate to emerge?

There’s been a lot of talk about former First Lady Michelle Obama possibly replacing Biden. But the most popular couple to inhabit the White House in my lifetime – President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, of whom I’m sure most of our audience weren’t fans – can maintain their legacy by staying out of the spotlight. So I don’t see another presidency in the cards for them.

But if Michelle Obama does run, then it’s game on because she would be a very tough opponent.

My longtime friend, West Virginia State Auditor John “J.B.” McCuskey, joined Sekulow to discuss the ACLJ’s fight against the far Left’s attempt to remove President Trump from the ballot. We represent the West Virginia GOP in stopping the far Left’s attempt at election interference, and now our attention is on the U.S. Supreme Court as we expect a ruling at any moment.

Regardless of who the nominees are for the 2024 presidential election, we can’t allow the far Left to commit the greatest election interference in U.S. history. Ensuring voter integrity in 2024 and beyond hinges on the Justices’ forthcoming ruling. We anxiously await their decision.
