Tulsi Gabbard Confirmed as DNI – A Major Blow to the Deep State

We want to congratulate our colleague Tulsi Gabbard on her confirmation as Director of National Intelligence (DNI). This confirmation is well-deserved, and her skill set will be invaluable to President Trump’s Administration. We are well aware that this wasn’t an easy confirmation battle. We are proud to have worked with Tulsi over the last couple of years on the Sekulow broadcast. We are thankful that the American public got to see the Tulsi we know and respect in the way she conducted herself under fire in the confirmation hearings and in the public eye. She is exactly the right person to lead the intelligence community as DNI. Tulsi was confirmed by a final Senate vote of 52-48.

This was not only a victory for Tulsi but also for our ACLJ supporters. You all showed up for this fight, and it showed with over 60,000 of you signing our petition: Confirm Tulsi Gabbard – Defeat the Deep State. The attacks against Tulsi began with lies and ended with a desperate failure by Senator Adam Schiff (CA), but each of you hung in there. Thank you.

Tulsi’s confirmation marks the beginning of a new era, and no doubt, the Deep State is not happy. She is known for her independent thinking, commitment to transparency, and strong sense of justice — all of which will guide her as she works with the agencies that make up the U.S. intelligence community. Certainly, she will also be guided by her personal experiences battling the Deep State.

In her new role as DNI, Gabbard will be tasked with overseeing the U.S. intelligence community’s efforts to safeguard national security and counter emerging threats. This will require strong leadership, diplomacy, and a thorough understanding of both domestic and international matters. Tulsi’s background in the military and in Congress makes her well-equipped to navigate the complex terrain of modern intelligence, and her leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of U.S. security.

The ACLJ recognizes the importance of Tulsi Gabbard’s appointment for the constitutional rights of every American. We believe her confirmation will bring much-needed reform and a renewed focus on protecting the American people from foreign entities seeking to harm us and the Deep State actors who have shown a blatant disregard for constitutional rights.
