ICE Raid Captures Major Gang Leader
Listen tothis article
An ICE raid in New York City resulted in the arrest of Anderson Zambrano-Pacheco, a prominent leader of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang. He was part of last year’s shocking footage of gang members taking over an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado. Agents had a warrant from Colorado for Zambrano-Pacheco’s arrest and captured him at an apartment in the Bronx. In total, 25 Venezuelan gang members were arrested.
The latest arrests are more proof President Donald Trump is living up to his campaign promise to secure the border and rid the country of violent illegal immigrants. News alert: Tracking down these criminals is not as hard as the Biden Administration made it out to be.
In actuality, ICE agents were doing their jobs – just not allowed to complete the mission. They knew the locations of the Venezuelan gang members but weren’t allowed to take action. As a result, the dangerous gang took full advantage of the porous southern border and created a foothold in America – roaming the country freely.
The agents tasked with protecting America want to be able to do their jobs. Don’t forget that the U.S. Border Patrol union supported Trump. And look how swiftly border agents and ICE agents are getting the job done now that the Biden Administration’s agenda isn’t handcuffing them.
And American communities want to be safe. Yesterday, newly confirmed Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem shared that the Trump Administration is ending temporary protected status for over 600,000 illegal Venezuelan immigrants.
Further, she noted how citizens are grateful for federal agents taking violent illegal immigrants into custody: “The people of this country . . . want their communities to be safe. It was so amazing to me to see people walk by us on the street early morning and just say thank you, thank you for being here.” Americans want to feel safe in their own country.
To see Trump’s agenda further implemented, we need his Cabinet members fully confirmed. A battle is ongoing in the Senate to confirm the Sekulow broadcast’s colleague Tulsi Gabbard as the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). Her confirmation hearing is tomorrow.
Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell commented on Tulsi’s confirmation hearing:
I can’t think of somebody better than Tulsi Gabbard. She’s somebody who has demonstrated that she knows how to ask tough questions to people in power. And that’s what I think we want from intelligence agencies – people who are not biased but who ask difficult questions. And I think that Tulsi is somebody who has demonstrated a thoughtfulness toward policy. She is clearly not partisan. . . . When you talk to her, you recognize that she is really somebody connected to the American people because she just talks with common sense. . . . Certainly, I know the job of DNI, and Tulsi is going to be a phenomenal DNI. We need to support her.
Tulsi faces great opposition to her confirmation. Already, nearly 100 former intel officials in the Deep State signed a letter demanding that the Senate reject Tulsi Gabbard’s nomination. The Deep State fears her potential.
At the ACLJ, we’ve worked closely with Tulsi and know she is the right person for the job. The Deep State must be defeated, or it will crush President Trump’s agenda.
We’re already taking legal action to defend Tulsi against the Deep State after the TSA maliciously put her on a terror watchlist. And now we’re mobilizing our Government Affairs Office on Capitol Hill, urging the Senate to confirm Tulsi.
Take action with us by signing our petition to confirm Tulsi. And become a monthly donor – an ACLJ Champion – to fund our fight to get Trump’s Cabinet confirmed. And be sure to say a prayer for Tulsi during her confirmation hearing tomorrow.
Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of DHS taking down one of the leaders of the Venezuelan gang that’s been terrorizing the country. We also explained why Tulsi Gabbard must be confirmed as DNI.
