Breaking: ACLJ FOIA Uncovers Massive Lie by Biden-Harris

The Biden-Harris Administration has been exposed for gaslighting the American people for years. As you know, the Administration has tried to use every word other than “crisis” to describe the chaos at the southern border. For example, Department of Homeland (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas repeatedly denied the border was a crisis in congressional testimony, only going so far as to call it a “significant challenge.”

Because of the threat of the southern border, the ACLJ filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit back in 2021. As a result of our lawsuit, we just found out that a U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) “Migration Crisis Action Team” gave “daily reports” about the southern border crisis that were widely distributed within DHS.

Though President Biden, “Border Czar” Harris, and DHS Secretary Mayorkas claimed the border was not a crisis, we have 420 pages of evidence showing that they were well aware of the fact that illegal immigration is a “crisis.” If you have a team called a “Migration Crisis Action Team,” then why would you refuse to recognize that the border is a crisis?

We should be getting more documents later this month, so we are just scratching the surface of what all the Administration knew. But so far, the 420 pages contain numerous daily reports from 2021 and 2022.

It’s hard to decipher many of the exact numbers and stats the CBP officers are dealing with because the documents are heavily redacted. Regardless, the information was widely circulated throughout the CBP. Undoubtedly, the Biden-Harris Administration was fully aware that a crisis was underway at the border – no matter their refusal to admit it.

We can all see the ever-present threat that our porous southern border poses. In Colorado, a Venezuelan gang has taken over apartment complexes. Almost 200 individuals on the FBI’s Terror Watchlist have been apprehended at the border, and that doesn’t include the “gotaways” whose whereabouts are unknown. And tragically, the Biden-Harris Administration has lost track of 320,000 migrant children.

For almost 3.5 years, the Administration has refused to recognize the dangers of an open border. Well, at least until VP Harris started running for President. Now she’s portraying herself as being tough on border security, even using footage from Trump’s border wall for her campaign ads.

The Harris-Walz campaign also continues to gaslight the American people about its support of Israel. Governor Tim Walz just noted that the U.S. needs to put “leverage” on Israel about reaching a hostage deal with Hamas and that pro-Hamas protestors in Michigan are “speaking out for all the right reasons.”

ACLJ Senior Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy Ric Grenell reacted to Walz’s outrageous comments:

What Tim Walz needs to do when he’s talking about what’s happening in Israel and Gaza [is] make very clear that Hamas, who is currently the government leader in Gaza, needs to be ousted. They are a terrorist organization, and certainly, no American running for public office should be trying to blur the lines that somehow Hamas can be a part of the government. He doesn’t even say that Hamas should be removed before he moves into a two-state solution. And, in fact, what he says is the hostages should be returned, and then the gift of a two-state solution should be given. I think that’s really dangerous rhetoric because no Westerner is going to support the idea that Hamas gets to continue in leadership, gets to continue being a government, and gets rewarded with statehood after what they did on October 7.

Though the Biden-Harris Administration continues to betray Israel, the ACLJ remains a steadfast advocate for our ally. We just sent a critical demand letter to the U.N. Security Council in defense of Israel’s interests. Also, our filing at the International Criminal Court could be the most important legal action we’ve ever taken to defend Israel.
