Tulsi Gabbard Pulls Security Clearance From Deep State

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard announced she stripped the security clearances of multiple officials within the Biden Administration (e.g., former Secretary of State Antony Blinken and former U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan) as well as those who prosecuted President Donald Trump (e.g., New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg). President Biden will also no longer receive daily briefings.

Tulsi had ample reasons to revoke these security clearances. Blinken was the architect behind the letter that 51 Biden intelligence officials signed, discrediting the Hunter Biden laptop scandal as “Russian disinformation.” The decision to bury Hunter’s laptop story also affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

Sullivan is another Deep State creature who’s been around for years. He had questionable ties to Hunter and Burisma. He was also a key contributor to the Iran nuclear deal under President Obama. Because of Sullivan’s history with Hunter and the Russian hoax, many GOP Senators condemned his appointment – Senator Josh Hawley (MO) said Sullivan “should resign immediately.”

AG James went after President Trump, claiming he inflated the value of his assets to secure bank loans. She also has refused to drop the $502 million civil judgment against Trump and is actively seeking to derail DOGE. DA Bragg secured a conviction against Trump after elevating a misdemeanor to a felony with 34 counts. He also tried a “novel” legal theory to keep the conviction still in place.

So our former colleague, Tulsi, is purging the Deep State to protect U.S. intelligence and stop future election interference. And for those who are tired of the federal government being weaponized against the American people – Tulsi’s move is good news.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell weighed in on the Deep State being stripped of security clearances:

This is just another commonsense approach to being accountable to the people. . . . This group abused their access to classified information by pretending that something was true when they knew it wasn’t. And let me be specific. Most of these individuals never had a briefing on the Hunter Biden laptop and whether or not the intel services thought it was misinformation or Russian information. There was never a briefing on that. There was never any raw intelligence pointing to that. This was a political calculation by these individuals, and their political calculations were wrapped in their access to classified information. . . . If you’re going to have access to classified information, don’t go into the public sphere and pretend something is true when it’s not. Don’t abuse your positions.

We applaud Tulsi for holding these Deep State actors accountable for abusing their access to U.S. intelligence.

In other news, the ACLJ has a new religious liberty case in California. For 18 years, Church on the Beach has been faithfully serving its community by holding worship services on Redondo Beach with proper permits from Los Angeles County. Approximately 120 people gather every Sunday morning to worship. The beach location isn’t merely a preference – it’s a crucial component of their ministry’s outreach to those who might never step foot in a conventional church.

Recently, Los Angeles County abruptly changed its policy, informing the church’s pastor that the Department of Beaches and Harbors would no longer issue yearly permits for religious activities. Instead, the County implemented a new discriminatory policy limiting “grandfathered” religious groups to just six activities per year. It is also arguing that the church must meet inside a building instead of the beach.

Is it any surprise that such anti-Christian targeting is happening right now after no issues for 18 years? This is exactly the kind of blowback against conservatives and Christians that we’ve been warning you about. The far Left’s war against Christians is still ongoing.

The Constitution clearly protects Church on the Beach’s right to public worship. The ACLJ sent a legal demand letter to remind Los Angeles County of the church’s constitutional rights. If the harassment against the church doesn’t cease, the ACLJ will take further legal action.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard purging the Deep State of security clearances. Also, ACLJ Senior Counsel for International and Government Affairs Jeff Ballabon reacted to the U.S. and Hamas meeting to discuss hostages.
