As concerned members of the American Center for Law and Justice, and informed citizens of the United States, our message is both firm and clear: Immediately schedule fair confirmation hearings of President Bushs federal judicial nominees and give these qualified men and women the up-or-down vote they deserve on the Senate floor. It is your constitutional obligation, both to the President and the American people. The political games and obstruction of justice must end.
