Unbelievable Discovery Made in the Biden Documents Scandal
As you all remember, the last few months involved news of President Biden’s careless storage of classified documents. At the start of that scandal, we sent a FOIA request to the National Archives asking that they turn over all records related to communications between the National Archives and the Biden camp.
We wanted to know if the National Archives realized Biden possessed the classified documents and if Biden claimed to have turned over all records. The FOIA request was granted, and we have already begun to receive bombshell records.
Then yesterday, the news broke that the National Archives had received nine boxes of classified documents before the initial 10 Biden classified documents were “discovered” at the Penn Biden Center. Even more shocking, no one at the National Archives has reviewed any of the contents of the boxes yet. According to the New York Post:
Nine boxes of documents found at President Biden’s former office at the Penn Biden Center think tank in Washington, DC, have not been reviewed for classified material by the National Archives, according to a report.
The boxes were shipped by Biden’s attorney Patrick Moore to his law office in Boston before the discovery of 10 classified documents at the 80-year-old president’s namesake think tank.
Wait, you mean to tell me these nine boxes of classified documents were sent to the National Archives BEFORE the other documents were found at Biden’s think tank? And not just that, no one at the National Archives has taken the time to review any of the documents . . . SINCE November? What are they waiting for? Surely, they aren’t trying to cover something up, right?
The New York Post also reports: “It is unclear if the Justice Department has reviewed the material in the nine boxes.”
Honestly, this revelation is even more alarming. What about the special counsel that AG Merrick Garland appointed to investigate President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents? Did the Attorney General decide that wasting American taxpayers’ money with a special counsel dog and pony show was more important than looking at the evidence it already possessed?
Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell joined us to offer his thoughts on the stunning hypocrisy of those overseeing the classified documents scandal:
What’s really unbelievable is that remember, these boxes were either coming from Senator Joe Biden or Vice President Joe Biden, not President Biden. That’s a distinction because he does not have the ability to declassify information like Donald Trump did. So what’s really important to note here is they are not being transparent here. This is a drip, drip drip of more boxes, more information. They did not have a strategy of going into every possible location and seizing and searching everything, including the closets of Joe Biden – which is exactly what they did with Donald Trump. So we go back to the same old thing, Jordan, where the weaponization of government by the Left on conservatives continues. It’s hypocritical and massively inappropriate because they do not have the same rules for themselves.
As the ACLJ’s Senior Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy, Ric concluded that the DOJ has a “huge credibility problem with the American people” because of this continual, blatant hypocrisy.
And he’s exactly right. How can anyone trust AG Garland, the National Archives, or any higher-ups supposedly investigating this issue? They are all complicit in the same hypocrisy.
It’s time for the American people to demand the truth from our federal government.
