Mr. President, for years, since 9-11, the United States has spoken clearly and forcefully about terrorism and preventing further attacks on America. At the cornerstone of our policy is this important statement of fact: The struggle against militant Islamic radicalism is the great ideological conflict of the early years of the 21st century.

It would be a mistake to make a priority of appeasing the Muslim world by re-defining Americas war on terror. We should not change the way we talk about terrorists by implementing a politically-correct vocabulary and removing the term ''Islamic radicalism'' from national security documents. Changing the words will not change that fact that militant Islamic radicalism is a real threat to America.

America needs to be direct in this dangerous time. Do not remove the term ''Islamic radicalism'' from national security documents. Words have meaning. No politically-correct vocabulary. No appeasing terrorists at the expense of Americas national security.
