I’m going to be honest: President Biden’s 2024 State of the Union address was frightening. And this outrageous plan to use the U.S. Navy to build a floating pier on the coast of Gaza could start World War III.

It also featured a shocking moment when the President threatened the U.S. Supreme Court Justices for upholding the Constitution in overturning Roe v. Wade. He then promised to make it “the law of the land” again.

ABC News reports:

Biden had a message for the conservative-leaning Supreme Court justices who reversed Roe v. Wade, quoting their own opinion right back to them.

“The Supreme Court majority wrote the following, and with all due respect, justices – ‘Women are not without electoral or political power,’” Biden said.

“You’re about to realize just how much you were right about that,” he said, prompting cheers from Democrats and officials in his administration – some of whom towered over the justices as they rose to their feet to applaud.

This reminds me so much of Senator Chuck Schumer (NY) ranting that the Justices had “released the whirlwind and will pay the price” if Roe was overturned. Don’t forget that President Barack Obama also similarly rebuked the high Court over another decision of the Court.

Threatening the Supreme Court was outrageous and despicable. This is a co-equal branch of government, yet the President publicly attacked the Justices while they couldn’t answer back. He disgustingly intimidated the Justices while they couldn’t defend themselves.

His threat implied that his Administration would overrule the Supreme Court Justices and reinstate Roe. He wants to somehow codify Roe back into law behind the Justices’ back. Again, this kind of rhetoric disregards how the branches of government and the Constitution are supposed to work.

I thought yesterday President Biden might have a well-structured speech on a teleprompter. But apparently the strategy was to go out there and scream the whole night to prove that he had energy. It was an extremely hostile environment that proved to be a dark moment for the country.

The speech also displayed his fear of former President Donald Trump. He never referred to him by name, only as “my predecessor” 13 times. President Biden clearly recognizes that he has a very significant political opponent to defeat in the 2024 election.

I referenced President Biden’s disastrous plan to put a floating pier in Gaza. He claims no boots will be on the ground, but we know the servicemembers will still be in danger on the pier. The Houthis and Hamas will most certainly look for a chance to attack them.

Senior Counsel for International and Government Affairs Jeff Ballabon reacted to the President’s upcoming action in Gaza:

It’s worth reminding everyone all the time that Iran is backing all of this – funding all of this. And now, with money that this Administration has been shoveling at Iran, [Iran has] been in search of nuclear weapons, and they already have intercontinental ballistic missiles, [which] are not necessary to reach any part of Israel. But they are necessary to reach every part of America, and Iran is in the market for them, may already have some, and so all of this on a geopolitical front is dangerous for America, and upping America’s military involvement . . . is very foolhardy for American interests.

It will likely only take a couple of weeks to build this pier and position our Navy. We’re walking right into a gateway to World War III.

No surprise, but afterward the mainstream media praised the speech as a unifying moment that showed the President to be more than capable for a second term. Such a response is laughable and blatantly untrue. On the other hand, I personally enjoyed the response from Senator Katie Britt (AL). She did a fantastic job telling the truth of Biden’s policies on America.

Yesterday I told you about a new religious case involving the ACLJ. At a public high school in Indiana, the track coach ordered student-athletes not to gather in prayer before a track meet.

We sent a legal demand letter to the school, reminding the school that the Constitution protects students’ religious liberty in a public school setting.

We waited for a response to the letter and didn’t timely receive one. We just filed a lawsuit against the school for this egregious violation of the First Amendment.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full breakdown of President Biden’s frightening SOTU address and his repulsive attack on the Supreme Court Justices for overturning Roe. We also gave an update on our religious lawsuit defending the rights of students to pray at school.
