On Thursday, President Trump delivered a big win to attendees of Friday’s March for Life with the announcement of pardons for 23 pro-life advocates. The 23 were targeted by politically motivated prosecutions under Biden’s Department of Justice, charged under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.

Trump remarked during the Oval Office ceremony, “Twenty-three people were prosecuted. They should not have been prosecuted. Many of them are elderly people. . . . This is a great honor to sign this.”

The radical pro-abortion Left is using unconstitutional ordinances and rogue prosecutors to criminalize, prosecute, and, in some cases, imprison pro-life advocates.

We are currently defending a pro-life advocate who was issued a criminal citation under a noise ordinance. Our client – along with his wife who is an abortion survivor – peacefully protested outside an abortion clinic using a small megaphone to share his beliefs. Despite remaining on public property, he was cited, while disruptive abortion escorts were not addressed. He now faces criminal prosecution, and we have filed a motion to dismiss the case and stop the city from weaponizing this unconstitutional ordinance against pro-life advocates.

Stay updated as we defend this pro-life advocate.
