President Obama Sends More Blood Money to Planned Parenthood Butchers

After months of investigative videos have uncovered the legally questionable and morally reprehensible sale of slaughtered babies’ body parts by Planned Parenthood, President Obama is taking action.

The Hill has a report on this major step by the Administration that has thus far ignored the burgeoning scandal with the largest abortion provider in America: “The Obama administration on Wednesday awarded more than $1 million in grants to Planned Parenthood to help promote ObamaCare . . . .”

Wait, what?

In addition to over $500 million of our taxpayer dollars going directly to Planned Parenthood, as it engages in the slaughter and sale of babies, the Obama Administration is handing another million dollars – our taxes at work – to Planned Parenthood in exchange for its promotion of pro-abortion ObamaCare.

Planned Parenthood chapters in Iowa, Missouri and Montana were among 100 recipients of "navigator" grants, which pay nonprofit groups to provide in-person help to people trying to sign up for coverage under Medicare or the health insurance exchanges set up under Obamacare.

It is unquestionably clear that President Obama is all in for Planned Parenthood, no matter the cost.  He has successfully funneled millions upon millions of our tax-dollars to the abortion industry, even as it sells aborted babies for parts.

It’s no wonder Planned Parenthood calls President Obama their “Champion.”

Next week Congress is scheduled to launch a number of investigations into Planned Parenthood’s “horrific abortion practice,” the first of which is scheduled to commence with a hearing on September 9th.

Planned Parenthood sent a letter to Congress last week in attempt to distract and deflect from its atrocities, but even that letter contains nine stunning admissions, including that nearly 20% of its affiliates have engaged in the gruesome practice of selling baby parts and exactly how it has exploited numerous loopholes in federal law.

At the ACLJ, we continue to work with Members of Congress on these hearings, urging numerous committees to seek and expose the truth about Planned Parenthood’s actions and close these gaping loopholes in the law.  We also continue to represent a board member for the Center for Medical Progress – the group of pro-life investigative journalists exposing Planned Parenthood – in federal court against the abortion industry that is attempting to sensor and silence the brutal truth.  In addition, we are aggressively fighting in Congress to defund Planned Parenthood’s abortion business.

Not another dime of our tax dollars should ever be used as blood money for big abortion.
