Planned Parenthood Plotting to Thwart Pro-Life Laws

By ACLJ.org1539271208101

Big Abortion is shaken, but it’s rallying its troops and plotting ways to expand its reach to circumvent pro-life laws.

We told you how Planned Parenthood and the pro-abortion Left was in an all-out panic at the thought of a conservative Supreme Court majority.

They took to social media to stir up a storm of outrage and fear and, in a shocking new low, sold an abortion-themed ice cream called “Rocky Roe vs Wade” to “help defend reproductive freedom.”

Now, the desperate abortion machine is initiating the next phase of its assault on life to maintain its billion-dollar empire of death.

Planned Parenthood is reportedly preparing efforts to circumvent and thwart the intent of many states’ pro-life laws, attempting to engineer loopholes and create “access states” to spread abortion.

Planned Parenthood is pushing to create a regional network of abortion providers to help women in states that might outlaw abortion if the Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade, the 1973 ruling that made abortion a constitutional right.

Representatives of the women’s health and abortion provider outlined the plan on Wednesday . . . . If Roe were struck down, each state would then be able to determine whether to outlaw abortion.

Planned Parenthood is reportedly preparing to create “access point” states to counter states with pro-life laws.

“We will leverage key states to serve as critical access points, particularly for the growing number of people that need to travel out-of-state,” said Rachel Sussman, Planned Parenthood director of state policy and advocacy, on a Wednesday call with reporters.

Sussman said certain states would serve as these access points and mentioned California, Oregon, Illinois, and Rhode Island as potential areas for network hubs.

A summary of the plan said California is working to boost access to abortion by providing financial help to women who need to travel a long way for an abortion. But Planned Parenthood declined to say how much these networks would cost or key specifics of what a network will include.

Planned Parenthood may have “declined to say” how much this expanded network would cost, but it’s clear who they expect to pay for it. Last year alone, Planned Parenthood received over a HALF-BILLION DOLLARS in tax dollar funding.

Planned Parenthood is clearly rearing for a fight. It is back on its heels and looking for any way to defend its abortion empire.

At the ACLJ, we’re ready, willing, and able to defeat Planned Parenthood and its nefarious tactics.

We’re fighting taxpayer-funded abortion in courtrooms across the country and at the Supreme Court. We submitted public comments in strong support of a proposed regulation to cut off Title X funding to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.  We have also filed a key amicus brief asking the Supreme Court to take a case that could allow states to defund Planned Parenthood. We await the Court’s decision whether to take the case any day.

We will not stop until we cut off every taxpayer dime from funding Big Abortion, and hamper its ability to extend its network of abortion providers. We will save the lives of countless unborn babies from this horror.

Big Abortion’s Warped Logic Just Got Even More Twisted

By ACLJ.org1543246316594

It might be the most twisted attempt to normalize abortion we’ve ever seen. A pro-abortion activist group – appropriately named The Agenda Project – released a puzzling and disturbingly ironic video ad online titled “The Chosen,” which is still going viral today. The video simply features a...

Piercing Big Abortion’s Shroud of Secrecy

By Erik Zimmerman1541777969588

We have recently joined a motion in an ongoing abortion industry lawsuit asking a federal court to require critical documents concerning Big Abortion’s sale of aborted babies’ body parts to be turned over. In 2015, the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released a series of videos that showed senior...
