Now, the Obama Administration is actually playing favorites in the form of health care waivers exempting 30 high-profile companies and organizations from having to follow the health care law. The biggest beneficiary of the Obama exemption? A New York City teachers union one of the Presidents key political backers that supported the health care bill.

It also penalizes Americans who choose not to participate, and I do not want to be forced to buy a health care plan that funds abortions. This law contradicts the will of the American people. I stand with the American Center for Law and Justice as they pursue all necessary litigation routes in order to reverse this extremely dangerous health care law.
