Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just launched a massive election investigation into whether Ukraine rerouted U.S. taxpayer aid money to fund President Joe Biden’s 2024 campaign, in an attempt to interfere with a U.S. election.

As reported by Just the News:

U.S. intelligence intercepted Ukrainian government communications discussing a plot to route hundreds of millions of American tax dollars earmarked for clean energy in the war-torn country and move them to the United States to enrich then-President Joe Biden’s 2024 re-election campaign and the Democratic National Committee, according to a declassified intelligence report summarizing the intercepts that was obtained by Just the News. . . .

The declassified report is a summary of raw intercepts from U.S. spy agencies in late 2022 concerning the alleged plot, and officials who have reviewed the files said there seemed to be a lack of curiosity to investigate such an explosive allegation of foreign interference in a U.S. election.

“The Ukrainian Government and unspecified U.S. Government personnel, through USAID in Kyiv, reportedly developed a plan that would provide hundreds of millions of US taxpayer dollars to fund an infrastructure project for Ukraine that would be used as a cover to send approximately 90% of funds allocated to the DNC to fund Joe Biden’s reelection campaign,” the declassified summary of the intercepts stated.

“They were confident the project would be funded initially, even though at some time in the future the project would be disapproved as unnecessary.  At this time, the money would already be allocated and impossible to return or use for a different purpose,” the report added.

The intercepts mentioned two American subcontractors as possible recipients of the money that would eventually be moved to Democratic coffers, officials said. The names are included in still classified raw spy data but were redacted from the declassified report obtained by Just the News.

“The plan included details of how subcontractors would be funded through U.S. companies so that how the funds were spent and allocated would be difficult to track,” the declassified summary stated. “Additionally, contracts would be executed that would be difficult to verify. In this manner, most of the U.S. funding would be diverted to Joe Biden’s election campaign without the ability to track where exactly the funds came from.”

Director Tulsi Gabbard has been a friend of the ACLJ for years, as well as a colleague and contributor to this show prior to being confirmed as DNI. What I know about her is that no stones are ever left unturned if she senses something isn’t adding up. It doesn’t matter how many years ago we’re going to go back, but in this case, she doesn’t have to look back that many years at all – just to the 2024 election.

According to the report by Just the News, potentially millions of dollars in fraud were used specifically to bolster the Biden reelection campaign. And it came from a foreign source. Intelligence agencies obtained those intercepts from Ukrainian government officials, with some of the communications stretching back as far as 2022.

The U.S. government had possession of these intercepts that mentioned a plot that would allegedly redirect USAID money, which was earmarked for clean energy projects in Ukraine, to actually be funneled back to the United States, and ultimately to the DNC and President Biden’s reelection campaign.

Did President Biden himself know about this, let alone mastermind it? Honestly, probably not. But we obviously know that the intelligence agencies that had possession of this information, going back four years now, were working under the Biden Administration.

Now Gabbard is conducting this massive investigation to determine if this plot to fund the Biden campaign was ever carried out, and whether a criminal referral should be made to the FBI. Election interference from foreign governments is nothing new. After all it was the far Left that spearheaded the now-debunked Russia collusion conspiracy against President Trump. But now the shoe is on the other foot – and it sounds like Gabbard has the receipts for said shoe. But what’s more important – and concerning – is that even the Biden Administration had receipts of this and did nothing.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell joined us on the broadcast to offer his reaction to this news:

Well, first of all, raise your hand if you’re shocked that this didn’t leak out during the Biden Administration. I mean, every little piece of information is manipulated by the intelligence agency when it is an anti-Republican moment.

And yet here we have the raw intelligence showing that the Ukrainians were trying to funnel money, U.S. taxpayer money, back to the Biden campaign in order to help them win. Now, let’s unpack this. They wanted Biden to win because they were getting money from Biden for this war between Russia and Ukraine. They didn’t want the money to end, so they were willing to sacrifice a couple hundred million to send it back to the political system in America, even though it started with U.S. taxpayer dollars, [and was] supposed to go for an energy program. Instead, the allegation is that it went back and helped Biden’s campaign.

This is outrageous. This should be on the front-page news. We should be investigating this. Thank God that Tulsi is the one who has found this and declassified this. And now they’re trying to figure out if any of the money actually went into the campaign.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included more analysis of this shocking revelation that Ukraine was plotting to fund the Biden campaign and influence an American election.
