President Trump Drops Fiery Epstein Post

President Donald Trump published a fiery Truth Social post, slamming the far Left and mainstream media for promoting fake news surrounding the “Jeffrey Epstein Hoax,” just as they did about the Russia hoax and 2016 election interference. Will many Trump supporters continue to be upset that Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel haven’t released the Epstein files?

Trump wants his supporters to focus on the numerous achievements of his Administration thus far: passing the “Big Beautiful Bill,” shutting down the border, helping secure a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, etc. So in a very strong statement from Trump – the frustration is obvious.

The situation has been a total PR nightmare for the Administration, with self-inflicted wounds from multiple angles. We’ll see how the Administration moves forward.

The ACLJ has some big news in its ongoing fight against abortion. In a major case out of West Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit ruled 2-1 that states can ban abortion pills.

In doing so, the federal appeals court agreed with the arguments of the ACLJ’s amicus brief, which had argued that federal approval and regulation of the abortion drug mifepristone was not an obstacle to a state’s prohibition of medication-based abortions using that drug.

After the Biden Administration took over, it increased abortion pill access by removing the requirements of in-person visits and ultrasound requirement, allowing the abortion pill to be dispensed by mail with no ultrasound to verify the gestation of the baby, thus increasing the danger to women and babies.

We’ve consistently warned of the dangers of the abortion pill, which greatly imperils the women who use it. A recent study involving 865,727 women prescribed mifepristone (abortion pills) between 2017 and 2023 revealed the chilling reality:

• 28,658 cases of hemorrhage
• 40,960 emergency room visits
• 3,062 ectopic pregnancies
• 24,563 required surgical abortions
• 49,169 other abortion-specific complications

So the abortion pill is a great danger to women, and the abortion industry continues to lie about the dangers of the abortion pill, leading to the heartbreaking truth that the majority of abortions are done by medication, not surgery.

That’s why the recent victory in West Virginia will help protect women and save countless unborn lives, as more states can choose to ban the abortion pill. We continue to achieve wins against the abortion industry, such as our recent amicus brief victory at the U.S. Supreme Court to defund Planned Parenthood.

Meanwhile, the far Left continues to attack Israel. ACLJ Senior Counsel for International and Government Affairs Jeff Ballabon reacted to Zohran Mamdani’s clarifying his call to “globalize the intifada”:

“Globalize the intifada” literally means whether or not there should be murder, rape, torture, kidnapping in America, in New York. But [Mamdani’s] not sure whether or not he can come out against it because so much of his base either supports exactly that or has been led over the last number of years to believe that all these chants like “river to the sea” and others, which are actually genocidal chants, or the use of the phrase “Resistance!” or “Jihad!” as though it’s something other than brutal bloody murder of civilians. They made excuses when it was about Israel and the Jews. Well, “globalize the intifada” means to make it global. And intifada is a violent uprising, and we saw it first coming to public display in the ’80s and ’90s, when it was bus bombs all over Israel, shootings and stabbings, and car rammings – and that’s the intifada. And they are calling for that around the world, including America, and this candidate for mayor of New York isn’t sure what position he should take.
