President Biden’s “Disinfo Czar” Exposed in Attack Against U.S.

Nina Jankowicz, former Disinformation Czar of President Biden’s “Disinformation Governance Board,” traveled overseas to call the U.S. an “autocracy,” pleading with the European Union to oppose the Trump Administration:

I would like to call upon you to stand firm against another autocracy, the United States of America. The Trump administration is undoubtedly preparing a pressure campaign to force EU institutions to roll back regulation like the DSA [Digital Services Act], to end support for Ukraine, to stop holding Russia to account. . . . Do not capitulate. Hold the line. Doing so is the clearest signal the European Union could send to Russia and other adversaries that it will not stop fighting to preserve democracy at home and around the world. . . .

Just last week in the United States, Secretary of State Marco Rubio gleefully announced he was obliterating the office tasked with tracking and responding to foreign information, manipulation and interference. . . . Many other U.S. government institutions have been similarly dismantled in the months since President Trump took office, all under the guise of protecting free speech and, allegedly, quote, ending censorship.

Her brazen remarks came as she spoke at the European Parliament’s Special Committee on the European Democracy Shield. In particular, she was discussing Russian disinformation and other cyberattacks on Europe when she attacked Trump and Rubio. 

If you remember, the ACLJ sounded the alarm in 2022 at the implementation of Biden’s Orwellian tracking of what it deemed “disinformation.” The Department of Homeland Security believed it had the right to censor free speech online, joining forces with Big Tech to monitor conservatives. The ACLJ filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit over this draconian overreach, and our lawsuit is still ongoing.

You might be asking: How does Jankowicz have the authority to make these claims, and who is she working with? After leading the Biden Administration’s “Disinformation Governance Board,” she took her “expertise” to Europe to become vice president of the Centre for Information Resilience.

Attacks from former Deep State officials declaring the U.S. to be an “autocracy” are absurd. And we must ensure that such accusations aren’t used as political fodder to derail the Trump Administration back home.

The ACLJ is also sounding the alarm about the massacre of Christians in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). We told you of the recent atrocity of 70 Christians being marched into their church and murdered.

In response, the European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ), the ACLJ’s European affiliate, sent a letter to the U.N. Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner, calling for accountability for the murderers and the protection of Christians in the DRC.

ACLJ Senior Counsel CeCe Heil elaborated on our ongoing response to the Congo massacres:

At the United Nations, the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of internally displaced persons – what we call IDPs (these are people who have had to move out of where they live because of war that’s going on or because of natural disasters) – is actually doing an in-country visit to the DRC at the end of May, so she has called for input from NGOs on what questions she should be asking, what she should be looking for, and just specific kind of on-the-ground information.

So we are responding to her call for action, and we have put together a report. We have worked with our on-the-ground source, Africa New Day, which is a Christian nonprofit right there in Eastern DRC, which is the area where all of this turmoil is going on. And we’re able to then tell the Special Rapporteur that there are 7.3 million IDPs currently within the DRC. . . . We’re able to bring attention to what needs to be done to change.
