CNN is set to host the first 2024 presidential debate between President Joe Biden and President Donald Trump. However, because of CNN’s debate rules, one key figure will be absent from the stage: Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

A loophole shows that RFK can still possibly qualify for the debate, but if you only watch the mainstream media, you wouldn’t know it. The liberal media clearly doesn’t want RFK to pilfer any Biden votes.

Axios reports on how RFK can still qualify:

Kennedy might struggle to qualify for the June 27 CNN debate. But his campaign can now frame signing a ballot access petition — or mentioning his name to a pollster — as a way to stick it to former President Trump and President Biden.

  • To qualify, Kennedy will need to hit 15% in four high-quality national polls and to be on the ballot in enough states to have a shot at 270 electoral votes.

  • He’s got access to cash thanks to his running mate, Nicole Shanahan, who chipped in $4 million to help run his now-notorious Super Bowl ad.

  • Kennedy campaign director Amaryllis Fox posted today, “We anticipate fulfilling all participation criteria” by the deadline.

So RFK claims to have a path to qualify and that he will qualify by the June debate. Also, don’t forget that polls are easily manipulated, so RFK could likely reach 15% in the needed polls.

Last night, Sekulow Executive Producer Will Haynes and I were invited as members of the press to cover an RFK event at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium. To be clear, we do not endorse any candidates for political office – we only went to report on RFK’s event, which featured a lineup of comedians.

Let me tell you, we got an eye-opening view of what an RFK run would look like. Though the main attraction was comedians like Russell Brand, Jim Breuer, and Rob Schneider, the purpose of the night was to sway voters to support RFK. Needless to say, I was shocked by the most vulgar comedy show I’ve ever seen, and this was a political event.

It was such a weird decision to have crude comedy at a political event that even had children in the audience. At one point, Russell Brand got upset after hearing a baby in the audience – no one had told him that he would be performing in front of kids.

RFK finally went up on the stage and told a dirty joke that ended with explicit language. He then thanked the crowd and walked off the stage. Seeing a prominent political candidate portray himself in such a manner was jarring.

After the night was over, I looked on X to see what local media had to say about the RFK event. And I found numerous lies, including claims that RFK never even showed up.

The media’s bias against RFK is undeniable even while covering a less formal event like last night’s. They couldn’t even just report what they saw; they spun false narratives about someone who could threaten Biden’s reelection chances.

Biden also just made headlines by announcing that the U.S. will send $1 billion in military aid to Israel. The Administration’s constant flip-flopping on Israel continues.

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo reacted to the news:

The Biden Administration wants it all. They don’t want any accountability, any responsibility. So they are at the same time telling the pro-Hamas left wing of their party that we’re putting restraints on Israel. And then they’re telling the vast majority of the American people, who understand that Israel needs the assistance to wipe out Hamas, . . . Gosh, we’re gonna send $1 billion in arms sales. The truth is . . . [it’s] a joke when President Biden says this is going to be delivered over a couple of years. It will not be timely. The Biden Administration has held up weapons that were ready to be delivered. And so this is, essentially, a Three-card Monte for Israeli arms.

How will the far-Left faction of Biden’s voting base react to aid being sent to Israel? We’ll keep an eye on the polls.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of the media’s exposed bias against RFK Jr. ACLJ Senior Counsel for Litigation and Public Policy Ben Sisney also joined to give updates on the ACLJ’s work to defend Jewish students and defense of FBI whistleblowers who have been unlawfully targeted by the Deep State.
