The proposed Palestinian Unity Government includes the terrorist organization Hamas and must be rejected by all freedom- and peace-loving people. Hamas calls for the elimination of the Jews and condemned the killing of 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden, labeling him a holy warrior. Clearly a group driven by this kind of hatred and support for Islamic terrorism cannot be part of a government in the Middle East without creating more hatred and terror attacks.
I stand with the American Center for Law and Justice in calling for the rejection of any so-called Unity Government that includes Hamas or any other known terrorist organization. The United States must NOT fund terrorists in its support of the Palestinian government. To deal with this radical Islamic terror group as if it were a legitimate government flies in the face of everything good and honorable in America and at the U.N. and will lead to more bloodshed by terrorist acts. Please do not allow this to happen.
