On January 26, 2024, the Biden Administration suspended funding to UNRWA after the IDF reported that 12 members of UNRWA had directly participated in the terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023. The report further showed that the Biden Administration was supporting UNRWA, and therefore Hamas, with close to $1 billion in U.S. taxpayer funding since 2021. We’ve filed two separate FOIAs to get to the bottom of it.
