ACLJ to Meet ACLU Challenge in Arizona Immigration Federal Lawsuit

Drug killings violence people crossing into America illegally its a huge and dangerous situation. In an effort to protect its borders, Arizona has passed a TOUGH BUT FAIR new immigration law but the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is already attacking it. They say its about racial profiling in fact the law has NOTHING to do with racial profiling. Yet the ACLU is filing a federal lawsuit challenging the law.

We have to stand up against the ACLUs attacks on this. Otherwise, every state in the Union will be at risk. The American Center for Law and Justice will file an amicus brief challenging their position. We say, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to protect yourself secure your borders something federal government has repeatedly failed to do.

So become part of the ACLJs critical brief today. Read the form below carefully and declare your membership with the ACLJ by adding your name to our Committee to Protect Americas Borders.

COMMITTEE TO PROTECT AMERICA'S BORDERS

The peoples elected representatives in Arizona passed a bill against illegal immigration; their governor signed it into law. It is a sound, constitutional move toward effectively securing the borders, a responsibility that the federal government has repeatedly failed to assume.

The ACLU and other organizations claim this new law is unconstitutional. But it is not unconstitutional to protect oneself from violence and death. American citizens must be free to appropriately and legally defend themselves, their borders, and their lives from drug wars and violence at the hands of people illegally entering the country.

The simple truth is that no provision of the United States Constitution is being violated by Arizonas immigration policy. We support the ACLJs opposition to the ACLU lawsuit.
