It is no secret that an overwhelming majority of Americans are opposed to building an Islamic mosque at the sacred site where thousands of people were killed on September 11, 2001.

Now, as we approach the anniversary of that day, I respectfully but determinedly request that you reject the building of the mosque at Ground Zero so that the families scarred by this tragedy can enjoy the memorial service without this issue hanging over the event.

The time for action is now. Send a powerful message to the world, to the American people, and to the victims and families of the 9/11 tragedy. Dont build at Ground Zero.
