As opposition grows for plans to build an Islamic mosque at the site of Ground Zero, new and troubling reports have surfaced: Mosque developers may seek public financing taxpayer dollars! to build the project. Its unthinkable tax-free bonds to build an Islamic shrine where thousands of Americans were murdered by Islamic terrorists on 9/11.

The American Center for Law and Justice is already on the front lines challenging this project. Were in court standing up for the 71% of Americans who dont believe a mosque should be built on this sacred site with a lawsuit to keep it from moving forward.

I join the overwhelming majority of American citizens in declaring our disgust over plans to build an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero.

Now, we are even more outraged by plans to seek public funding tax-free bonds to help this misguided project move forward. I stand with the ACLJ in strong opposition to the proposed Islamic mosque at Ground Zero and the use of taxpayer funding to secure financing.

By endorsing an Islamic mosque at the sacred site where thousands of Americans were murdered by Islamic terrorists, while seeking taxpayer funding of its construction, you have grossly failed to understand the heart of the issue at stake: Building an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero is offensive to thousands of Americans who lost family and loved ones in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

On behalf of Americas fallen victims of 9/11 and the majority of the citizens of America, its time to reverse course: NO taxpayer funding NO Islamic mosque at Ground Zero.
