Party's Over: Hunter Biden Faces 17 Years in Prison
Hunter Biden’s legal troubles just got much worse as he’s been indicted on nine additional criminal charges related to tax evasion – including three felonies. Will President Joe Biden and the Deep State DOJ be able to sidestep Hunter’s alleged wrongdoing?
Fox News reports on the latest scandal involving the President’s son:
Hunter Biden is facing nine charges alleging a “four-year scheme” when he did not pay his federal income taxes from January 2017 to October 2020 while also filing false tax reports.
The charges break down to three felonies and six misdemeanors centered around $1.4 million in owed taxes that were since paid.
Special Counsel David Weiss alleged Hunter “engaged in a four-year scheme to not pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019, from in or about January 2017 through in or about October 15, 2020, and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns in or about February 2020.”
So the Democrats and President Biden are always complaining about the rich not paying their fair share of taxes. How ironic that the President’s son has been indicted for tax evasion.
Keep in mind that if it weren’t for the IRS whistleblowers, we likely wouldn’t have this legal pressure put on Hunter Biden. They shamed the DOJ into doing their job in investigating Hunter. As you know, the ACLJ also represents some of the whistleblowers bravely telling the truth.
Hunter has already been indicted for a felony gun charge after his sweetheart plea deal fell apart a few months ago. We won’t go into what all Hunter’s allegedly been involved in, but President Biden has done a very poor job of explaining away his son’s indiscretions.
How will this latest indictment affect President Biden’s 2024 White House reelection campaign? Many in the mainstream media are calling for President Biden to step down. They clearly believe he’s a weak candidate and want a younger face for the Democrats.
The DOJ has too much power right now in swaying elections. Right now, both leading nominees for President are embroiled in serious legal issues, which is unreal to wrap our minds around. How can this be happening in the U.S.? This makes our country look very weak to the rest of the world.
I don’t love the timing of these charges coming out just a month before the primary season begins. The DOJ could have brought these charges against Hunter months ago. And President Trump has a trial date that’s scheduled for the day before Super Tuesday – which reeks of political expediency.
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo joined our broadcast to react to the timing of Hunter’s criminal charges. Is a Democratic drumbeat pounding for a different presidential nominee?
I have thought for a long time that it was not very likely that President Biden would run for reelection. He continues to say that he will, but we can all see what’s played out in his first three years. He’s not up to this task. He has put Americans more at risk – we’ve talked about that. Our southern border is wide open. I think it still remains a reasonable likelihood that the Democrat Party will put someone forward other than President Biden to run in 2024.
I’m very suspicious about why the DOJ brought these charges right now – it’s getting a little late on the election calendar. We’ll keep a close eye on the mounting pressure to replace President Biden as the 2024 nominee.

Today’s Sekulow discussed the political ramifications of Hunter facing up to 17 years in prison – including the impact on President Biden’s reelection chances. We also looked at the fallout from the Ivy League Presidents’ outrageous refusal to condemn antisemitism at this week’s House Committee hearing.
