New Report States the Deep State FBI Retaliated Against Yet Another Agent Who Dared To Defend Whistleblower Agent O’Boyle

The FBI will crush you. This government will crush you and your family if you try to expose the truth about things that they are doing that are wrong.

That was the chilling warning issued by our client, FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle, who bravely exposed the pervasive Deep State corruption infecting the Biden FBI. And we already knew that he was right based on how they treated him and fellow agents-turned-whistleblowers. O’Boyle had his security clearance stripped and was suspended without pay because he dared to tell the truth.

As we stated previously:

[T]he FBI is allowed to indefinitely suspend the security clearance of a whistleblower, then suspend them without pay for lacking a clearance, with no real judicial review for at least a year – essentially circumventing the whistleblower protection laws enacted by Congress and the whistleblower’s due process rights protected by the U.S. Constitution.

But it gets worse. The FBI not only went after our client, but it has now been reported that when another agent reviewed O’Boyle’s case and recommended that his suspension be lifted and his job reinstated, the agency punished him as well, removing him from his role in retaliation for not supporting the official Deep State narrative.

As reported in The Washington Times:

An FBI special agent notified Congress on Thursday that the top brass at the bureau removed him from his job in retaliation for defending a fellow whistleblower.

The agent, an attorney who worked as an adjudicator investigating misconduct within the FBI, said his superiors turned on him when he recommended ending the suspension of FBI agent Garrett O’Boyle. . . .

According to the new whistleblower disclosure to Congress, FBI Acting Section Chief Dena Perkins quickly revoked the adjudicator’s finding and transferred him to another post.

The disclosure claimed it was “not the first time. . . . Ms. Perkins has moved several other employees who report to her for recommending decisions contrary to her interests [and] bases many of her decisions on favoritism.”

The message is clear – toe the line and keep your mouth shut, regardless of what you may discover, or else the corrupt Deep State will make you pay. That is sick, and it’s unconstitutional.

Whistleblowers play an invaluable role in enforcing the law and defeating corruption and abuse within our federal agencies, just as they do in private industry. And one thing seems clear – while swiftly punishing whistleblowers like O’Boyle and those who defend him is not an admission of wrongdoing, it certainly doesn’t give the appearance of having nothing to hide.

In fact, a recent Inspector General report confirmed:

The FBI sidelined dozens of whistleblowers by suspending their security clearances for more than a year, an inspector general’s report released Tuesday found — despite a top bureau official denying the retaliation in closed-door depositions before Congress, according to transcripts reviewed by The Post.

Justice Department watchdog Michael Horowitz revealed in a letter to Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco that the FBI lacks protections for whistleblowers who claim they are being put on ice in retaliation for going to Congress. . . .

In one reprisal case, Horowitz wrote, a bureau employee was suspended without pay for more than two years and would still be unable to file a retaliation complaint had his office not intervened.

As the report states, “FBI staff operations specialist Marcus Allen, prompted the internal investigation.” Agent Allen is also a client of the ACLJ.

In response to this bombshell report that confirms the very abuses of power that we’ve been fighting, our other client, Agent O’Boyle, stated:

The DOJ OIG has confirmed what other whistleblowers and I have been saying for about two years. The FBI routinely violates the law to retaliate against us. The OIG’s recommendations do not go nearly far enough to relieve the retaliation or hold anyone accountable. While American tax payers fund FBI attorneys to continue their retaliation in the court system, the few whistleblowers who continue the pursuit of truth, like Marcus Allen and I, are dependent on the ACLJ and others to represent us. The FBI retaliates against us and our families daily by not paying us, not allowing us to work, not allowing us to accept donations, not concluding their sham internal investigations, and stripping our family’s healthcare to leave us even more financially burdened. As Ephesians 5:11 says, "Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them." No matter what evils the FBI continues toward whistleblowers, we will keep exposing them.

Remember, it wasn’t long ago that we told you that the FBI tried and failed to have our case representing Agent O’Boyle dismissed, and the court said no, agreeing that O’Boyle’s appeal has merit. Again, if there’s nothing to hide, then why fight so hard to shut down the legal proceedings rather than provide evidence that the agency’s behavior has been above board? To date, the FBI’s response to the allegations of wrongdoing has appeared to be attack, silence, and do whatever it takes to make it all go away, seemingly by intimidation and retaliation. 

But there is good news. We just scored a massive win against the corrupt Biden FBI for our client, Agent Marcus Allen, a brave FBI whistleblower who dared to share his concerns about corrupt behavior within the agency and suffered a firestorm of retaliation. Agent Allen had his security clearance stripped away and was suspended without pay for over two years while also barred from seeking other employment. In other words, because he chose to stand for the truth, the Biden FBI made it impossible for him to provide for his family. We fought back, and now we’ve just secured a massive win for this American patriot.

Under the terms of the settlement, Agent Allen will receive all of the back pay owed to him, plus his health and retirement benefits. And on top of that, his security clearance has been restored. This is a tremendous victory, but our legal fight against the malicious Biden FBI is far from over. In fact, we’re just getting started.

We’ve just filed a critical reply brief in federal appeals court in our MAJOR lawsuit representing Agent O’Boyle. This case is destined for the Supreme Court.
