We, as committed members of the American Center for Law and Justice, stand with Jay Sekulow, the Association of Christian Schools International, and Calvary Chapel Christian School in asking the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to rule on the side of our constitutionally protected religious rights and put an end to the University of Californias discriminatory admission policies.

We support equality for Christian students nationwide. We believe that the action taken by the federal district court, in upholding the Universitys blatant religious bigotry, was a direct violation of our constitutional freedom and must be overturned.
