The chief counsel of a conservative law firm says that President Obama's executive action on immigration is unconstitutional.
On Tuesday the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing to discuss the legality of President Obama's executive order giving amnesty to millions of illegal aliens already in the country. One of those asked to testify before the committee was Jay Sekulow, chief counsel of the American Center for Law and Justice.
During his testimony, Sekulow reminded the Committee that Obama himself has stated presidential authority in such matters is limited - but clearly ignored it. . . .
