The ACLJ is headed back to the U.S. Supreme Court to fight against more blatant election interference. We secured a 9-0 decision at the Supreme Court in our fight against the Trump ballot ban. Now the fight for election integrity continues.

Here’s how the latest case at the Supreme Court emerged: We told you how the Biden-Harris DOJ was actively interfering in the Commonwealth of Virginia’s elections. (Florida is also litigating against Biden’s DOJ for similar interference.)

Current Gov. Glenn Youngkin, adhering to the guidelines of a 2006 law signed by then-Governor Tim Kaine, carried out an Executive order to remove over 6,000 noncitizens from his state’s voting rolls.

Because he followed the law, Gov. Youngkin found himself being sued by the Biden-Harris Administration. The DOJ is arguing that the governor’s method of removing the noncitizens violated the National Voter Registration Act, which says systematic removals cannot occur within 90 days of an election.

Then last Friday, a federal judge ordered that Virginia must restore the illegal immigrants back to the voting rolls. Virginia followed up by appealing to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, but the federal appeals court upheld the judge’s order.

Now Virginia is filing an emergency appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. With just eight days until Election Day, the ACLJ is working in overdrive to file an amicus brief at the high Court in support of the state. We will file our brief tomorrow.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has also already ordered the opposition (the Virginia Coalition for Immigrant Rights) to file their brief tomorrow. So the case is moving quickly.

It’s outrageous that the DOJ is blatantly interfering in the election after Youngkin merely followed the law. Election integrity is at stake in Virginia as the state’s polls inch closer between President Trump and Vice President Harris. That’s why the ACLJ must get involved to ensure that only American citizens cast a vote.

The lawless DOJ isn’t the only threat to our election. ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs Mike Pompeo has also been extremely outspoken about the Biden-Harris Administration’s failures to recognize the threat of China. Senator Marsha Blackburn, from my home state of Tennessee, joined our broadcast to elaborate further on the Chinese Communist Party:

They are spying on us. We all saw the spy balloon traipse across the country. They’re using TikTok to spy on our kids and build a virtual view of them; they are sending spies into Confucius institutes and Confucius classrooms. We know they have tried to buy U.S. farmland. I’ve led the fight against that. We know that they don’t keep up their trade deals, and that affects our agricultural community. So we all know China’s intent on being globally dominant by the time we get to 2050. So it is going to be up to us to call them out.

Because of her willingness to call out China’s impending threat, Blackburn has found herself targeted by our foreign adversary. The FBI has warned her that China is actively interfering in her reelection campaign in Tennessee. The Chinese government puts out lies and distortions about her.
