Christmas caught in the Crossfire
"The Nativity Story" is being shunned from a celebrated Christmas festival in Chicago. If the event organizers keep the new movie as a major sponsor of the festival, the City of Chicago has threatened to withdraw all financial funding. On top of that, the ACLU is at it again. In their never-ending quest to remove all things religious from public life, they have now set their sights on Christmas and the public school system. The latest case, Doe v. Wilson County School System, is a blatant attempt to censor Christmas and squash freedom of speech in America. We must stand together and protect Christmas, from the ACLU and other like-minded groups, who are trying to remove the true meaning of the holiday from our nation! Please read the form carefully and declare your membership with the ACLJ by joining our "Keep Him In Christmas" Coalition below.
Keep Him In Christmas Coalition
As concerned citizens and members of the American Center for Law and Justice, we are offended by the forced withdrawal of "The Nativity Story" from the Christkindlmarket Chicago festival and wish to express our outrage at the bold attempts by the ACLU in Tennessee to declare Christmas "illegal" and "unconstitutional." We recognize the critical nature of the recent case, Doe v. Wilson County School System, and see it as a threat to freedom of speech and a blatant attack on Christianity.
We fully support the ACLJ as they vigorously work to defend freedom of speech on public school campuses and stand with them as they protect Christmas from the blows of the ACLU. We are committed, along with the ACLJ, to keep HIM in Christmas ... keep HIM in the nativities ... keep HIM in the songs ... and keep HIM as the focus of the season. We will defend our rights and exercise our freedoms without backing down. We are calling on the ACLJ to once again stand strong on our behalf and stop the ACLU from censoring Christmas.
