Defending Our Religious Heritage

America has a proud tradition and heritage the freedom to worship and practice our faith. Our Founding Fathers determined it, and the Constitution guarantees it.

But now, theres an increasing assault on those constitutional freedoms our treasured foundational beliefs and traditions are under attack by groups like the Freedom From Religion Foundation and the ACLU.

The American Center for Law and Justice is committed to protecting our religious heritage: whether its defending the Pledge of Allegiance and National Motto or going to court to stand up for the National Day of Prayer even safeguarding the time-honored tradition of prayer at presidential inaugurations. At the ACLJ, our priority is to preserve our religious heritage. And we want you to be a part of it.

Declare your membership with the ACLJ by joining our Committee to Protect Americas Religious Heritage and we will include you in the critical friend-of-the-court briefs we file in cases defending our countrys religious heritage.

Committee to Protect America's
Religious Heritage

America has a proud tradition and heritage our nation was founded on a belief in God and the freedom to worship and practice our faith. The Constitution of the United States guarantees what our Founding Fathers established: religious freedom.

But now, theres an increasing assault on those constitutional freedoms our treasured foundational beliefs and traditions are continuously under attack by groups like the Freedom From Religion Foundation and the ACLU.

I am committed to protecting and defending Americas religious heritage, for the sake of our future freedom. I stand with the American Center for Law and Justice as they pursue all necessary litigation routes in order to protect Americas religious heritage.
