Mark Kelly

Mark Kelly serves as Director of Government Affairs at the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) in Washington, D.C. He brings nearly three decades of experience in public policy, politics, and strategic leadership including nearly 24 years on Capitol Hill, where he served as Chief of Staff to five Members of Congress. During his time in Washington, he also held roles at The Heritage Foundation and the Media Research Center. Kelly received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law and is a member of the Virginia Bar. He also earned an M.B.A. in Organizational Management from Eastern University and a B.S. in Political Science, History, and Economics from Indiana Wesleyan University.
