
Lindsey Bachman serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) office in Washington, D.C. Before joining the ACLJ, Bachman served as Senior Counsel in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, where she represented the state of Missouri and its agencies in significant civil litigation, administrative proceedings, and appeals. Her work included complex pro-life litigation, multistate tobacco arbitration, and a U.S. Department of Justice investigation that was resolved without litigation. She received the Missouri Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Litigation in 2024 and 2025. Before entering public service, Bachman spent more than a decade in private practice handling civil litigation. Bachman graduated from the University of Houston Honors College and Regent University School of Law.
