Liam R. Harrell is Associate Counsel at the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) Washington, D.C., office. Before joining the ACLJ, Mr. Harrell served as an Assistant Attorney General for the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General where he was a criminal prosecutor with the Public Safety Division for three years. He graduated from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 2021, where he worked with the Liberty & Law Center Free Speech Clinic and Administrative Law Clinic as well as interned for the USAF Court of Criminal Appeals and the USAF 67th Cyberspace Wing. Mr. Harrell also served as a Research Editor of the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal and as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.

He is licensed to practice in VA & DC.
