Following years of unfair treatment, a Christian home for children has won its case against Jonesboro, Arkansas.

In recent years, Eddie and Lee Cooper bought an 11-acre tract of land on which they planned to establish a Christian home for children. But a problem was met when the city got involved.

"The home consisted of a 4,900 square-foot home, basically for at least eight children that were abused and neglected and abandoned," reports American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) attorney Larry Crain. "[The Coopers] sought for a couple of years to get permission to use this property from the city of Jonesboro and were consistently denied any accommodation." . . .
