Jordan Sekulow, director of international operations with the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ), says this is typical.

"This is a classic Washington, DC cover-up, where if they were just honest and open with the information -- said it was a bad program, [said] the people who came up with the program and let it get out of control will be dealt with -- we wouldn't be here," he asserts. "This is because the Department of Justice and Eric Holder are trying to cover this up. President Obama is giving the cover."

And the attorney points out that what the National Rifle Association has suspected for years has finally proved credible -- "that the federal government was going to try and use this to get tougher restrictions on weapons like AK-47s," Sekulow explains. "So they were going to pay for bad people to buy them and then say, 'See? This is why you shouldn't be able to buy them.'"...
