SUPREME COURT Ruling on Planned Parenthood Funding

Today we got a huge victory out of the U.S. Supreme Court on defunding Planned Parenthood – three years to the week after the Dobbs decision. States like South Carolina took steps to defund Planned Parenthood. The abortion giant filed a lawsuit to fight back. We filed a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court earlier this year, and today the Supreme Court sided with our arguments. #supremecourt #southcarolina #news #politics
