The American Center for Law and Justice said today the retirement of Justice David Souter from the Supreme Court signals the beginning of President Obama reshaping the federal judiciary.

ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow:  "The retirement of Justice Souter marks the beginning of President Obamas legal legacy a legacy that will move this country dramatically to the left.  With Justice Souter stepping down at the end of the term, President Obama now has a green light to begin reshaping the federal judiciary."
