School Suppresses Faith of 6th Grade Christian Girl

One of our favorite ACLJ clients was back in trouble again. Four years ago, we defended her as an elementary student after she was treated like a criminal for sharing her faith – subjected to backpack searches for a Bible. Now a sixth grader, she was targeted again – by the same school district. We sent a demand letter, and the school just responded, agreeing to end the violation. We won four years ago for her, and we won for her again.
