This weekend, after searching President Joe Biden’s Delaware home for more than TWELVE hours, the FBI uncovered six additional highly classified documents.

The search resulted in the recovery of even new classified documents, proving even more were in Biden’s possession than he had previously admitted. This leaves many to speculate about the political implications of this latest revelation.

As reported by the New York Times:

Investigators for the Justice Department on Friday seized more than a half-dozen documents, some of them classified, at President Biden’s residence in Wilmington, Del., after conducting a 13-hour search of the home, the president’s personal lawyer said Saturday evening.

The remarkable search of a sitting president’s home by federal agents — at the invitation of Mr. Biden’s lawyers — dramatically escalated the legal and political situation for the president, the latest in a series of discoveries that has already led to a special counsel investigation.

During Friday’s search, six more items with classified markings — including some documents from his time as a senator and others from his time as vice president — were taken by investigators, along with surrounding materials, according to the statement from Bob Bauer, Mr. Biden’s attorney.

We’re now up to 30 classified documents discovered in Biden’s possession – despite his claims that he takes national security and classified documents seriously and was surprised by the discovery of documents in the first place. These claims don’t hold water anymore, Mr. President. Why were you keeping these files? It’s time for transparency from the White House.

My dad, ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, broke down what he sees going on here, and he raised some very interesting questions about the lack of candor on the documents found in Biden’s possession, despite the President’s claim that “There’s no there there”:

Here’s what’s interesting here . . . what is it that has led to all of this? In other words, what in the Biden operation has led to the fact that now they are saying publicly, which they are, that they had a consensual search that was a negotiated search?

Which by the way could have meant, and I don’t know this, but could have meant we’re going to get a search warrant if you don’t let us in. Or it could have meant we have a grand jury subpoena already for these documents, what do you have? Now they’re talking about going into his other properties. But two things have fallen away in the last 28 hours or so. One, the document comparison with numbers is meaningless because now he’s getting into 20, 30, 40 documents. You don’t know how many pages there are. And I want everybody to remember this, when the first documents were taken, were found, at the Biden Center, which feels like a hundred years ago, those were [regarding] Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Iran.

Since then what have they said about what these documents are? Zero. Nothing. What does that tell you? That it’s worse than Iran and Ukraine?

President Biden and the Left wanted former President Trump to be investigated vigorously for having classified papers in his home. They tried to weaponize the Trump documents to stop the former President from running in 2024 by making the documents a disqualifier. Now we know their own President was doing the same thing. And we await the political consequences.

Will this indeed disqualify Biden from running again? If the Left says it should disqualify Trump, then President Biden would need to step aside as well.
