We've taken our largest case ever against the abortion industry to the Supreme Court.

We've never been engaged in a fight like this.

Last month we filed a petition for certiorari asking the Supreme Court to take a case that could decide the fate of Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding.

That’s right, tomorrow is Tax Day and Planned Parenthood is expecting another windfall of your tax dollars.  It’s doing anything it can to stop us in court.

Last week, Planned Parenthood – which slaughters one baby roughly every 90 seconds – filed its response demanding the Supreme Court to ignore this case and the massive fraud allegations it presents.

In just days, we will be filing a critical reply brief at the Supreme Court urging the Court to examine this vitally important case.

In the lawsuit, Gonzalez v. Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, we represent Victor Gonzalez, a former chief financial officer of the Los Angeles Planned Parenthood. What is the lawsuit about and why are we taking it to the Supreme Court?

We know that Planned Parenthood has raked in some $1.5 billion in taxpayer dollars over the last three years.

We know that nearly half of Planned Parenthood's billion-dollar budget comes from our tax dollars, allowing it to further its abortion agenda, prop up its abortion business, and lobby to defeat lifesaving laws in state legislatures and courts all across America.

In our Supreme Court case a former senior Planned Parenthood official has blown the whistle on massive and illegal fraud – overbilling the government for hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars.

We’ve been fighting this fraudulent and illegal behavior for years. We successfully defeated Planned Parenthood’s first attempt to have the case thrown out in federal appeals court.  Now we’ve taken this case to the Supreme Court to stop Planned Parenthood’s latest attempt to thwart justice.

The fact of the matter is, big abortion doesn't want to face the ACLJ in court. Its multi-million dollar abortion business is at stake. Its taxpayer funding is at stake. But most importantly and most critically, lives are at stake.

This is why we have taken the fight and this case to the Supreme Court

The stakes could not be higher.

In the coming days we’re rigorously preparing our next Supreme Court filing to hold Planned Parenthood accountable for what it’s done.

As we prepare to take the next step to defeat the abortion industry and defend life at the Supreme Court, stand with us.  This Tax Day demand an end to Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding.
