The Latest Video Reveals Planned Parenthood’s Evil Business Model
The third video exposing the truth behind Planned Parenthood’s barbaric business practices is more shocking and grotesque than the first two.
A new undercover video released by opponents of Planned Parenthood has graphic depictions of a technician sorting through the tissue collected after an abortion.
The graphic tapes — three released so far — have created a political outcry and calls for defunding Planned Parenthood from GOP presidential contenders, in Congress, and in some states. Congressional panels have also announced investigations into Planned
The latest tape also includes footage of a physician in a laboratory talking with an actor posing as a purchaser of tissue samples. “I think the per-item [pricing] works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it,” she said. The group that made the videos, which calls itself the Center for Medical Progress, identified the physician as Dr. Savita Ginde, who is vice president and medical director of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains in Denver.
Planned Parenthood and their pro-abortion allies in the media are trying to divert attention away from the indisputable facts uncovered in these videos. They are using every tactic they have to try to keep the public from seeing what is actually happening in their clinics. But why are they so terrified for the public to see the truth of what is happening in their clinics if, as their President Cecile Richards says, they “have the highest standards,” and the “health care and safety of our patients is our most important policy”?
It’s because when we see these videos and hear these conversations, we realize the truth of what is happening. There are no good talking points and there is no positive spin that can disguise the disgusting nature of the abortion industry.
As Ross Douthat wrote in The New York Times, these videos get you close to a “tipping point — that moment when you start pondering the possibility that an institution at the heart of respectable liberal society is dedicated to a practice that deserves to be called barbarism.”
Innocent, vulnerable, unborn babies are being slaughtered. They are butchered and their organs are being bartered over, priced to sell, and pad Planned Parenthood’s bottom line.
This is barbarism. And it must be stopped.
The latest video also revealed even more about how Planned Parenthood’s practices may be violating the law and ways we need to fight to ensure our laws reflect a culture of life.
In the latest video, Dr. Katharine Sheehan, Medical Director for Planned Parenthood Pacific Southwest, discusses working with ABR – Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. She says ABR is “doing the big collection for government level collections and things like that.”
But we have evidence that at least some Planned Parenthood affiliates alter the timing, methods, and/or procedures used in abortions to obtain tissue and organs that is more valuable and can sell at higher prices. That tissue and those organs are legally banned from being used for government financed research, under 42 U.S. Code § 289g–1.
But we now have our first evidence that butchered baby parts obtained from Planned Parenthood abortions could end up in the hands of government researchers.
Yes, we must stop Planned Parenthood from padding their pockets and improving their bottom line by selling the body parts of butchered babies.
Yes, we must defund Planned Parenthood.
Yes, we must investigate Planned Parenthood.
But our society must also ask itself some hard questions. Are we willing to allow this to happen in our society? Are we willing to allow the brutal slaughter of the most vulnerable members of our society and then have them torn apart and sold?
Because these are humans. There is no denying that. Planned Parenthood can’t even deny that because it is these babies’ very humanity that makes their organs valuable.
This evil must be stopped.
