Police Pressured Into Investigating Pro-Lifers

We have submitted three requests under the Colorado Open Records Act and the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, the Denver Police, and the Denver District Attorney’s Office to investigate potential bias within the three agencies. We are concerned that the local Planned Parenthood is pressuring the agencies to investigate local pro-lifers, especially sidewalk counselors, and that the agencies are complying. The requests are aimed at determining if there have been any violations of the civil rights of local pro-lifers.
