The fight to save the lives of unborn babies is gaining momentum at the state level. The ACLJ is preparing an amicus brief in support of Indiana’s commonsense measure to ensure that Medicaid dollars go to organizations whose goal is to help those in need, not perform abortions. We are engaged in defending pro-life pregnancy centers across the country from unconstitutional laws that restrict their free speech rights and would effectively shut them down, and we are also suing Planned Parenthood in a multi-million dollar fraud case in California.
